Carbonex fuel additives consist of a non-toxic organo-iron compound dissolved in aromatic solvent. The only elements present in Carbonex are carbon, hydrogen and iron. The only products of its combustion are carbon dioxide, water and iron oxides, all of which are harmless to humans.
Carbonex products should be handled using the normal precautions associated with any solvent or fuel. One should avoid breathing the vapours and prolonged or repeated contact with the skin.
